Nawankompe – supporting familyless children
UMlab V.L.A.S.T. is a unique artgang assembled from different artists. We are very thankfull for all we have obtained in our lives ( physicaly / soulwise / spiritwise ) and we would like to give back to Universe, Mother Earth, people, animals…
That is why we agreed to be main support for children without families in Luuka district Nawampiti subcounty Nawankompe village, Uganda, Africa. Nowadays we are talking about financial support for day to day food deliveries. But we would like to collect enough for investition in farmer land. This would give the opportunity to solve this issue and move on another one. You are maybe asking : who will be working on farm…. Good question ! Of course not children. In place we have volunteers.
As a first part we agreed to compose a song for children in Iganga with band #micronauts – which is a part of UMlab V.L.A.S.T. This song shall promote start of the campaign. Next step will be products made by children with their great African hearts and souls to be sold in our distribution channels.
